- Establish compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations (2026 horizon)
- Design transparency mechanisms for high-stakes AI decision-making processes
- Author whitepapers on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
- Mentor junior teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and emerging global regulations
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Experience with participatory design methodologies involving diverse stakeholders
- Strong publication record in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic bias analysis
