Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level AI ethics frameworks or regulatory compliance programs
- Deep expertise in bias detection, fairness metrics, and algorithmic accountability techniques
- Familiarity with 2026-era AI architectures (quantum-enhanced ML, neuro-symbolic systems)
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
