Responsibilities

- Advocate regulatory compliance with emerging AI governance standards (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with technical, legal, and community stakeholders
- Author transparency reports and explainability protocols for AI decision-making systems
- Establish incident response protocols for AI-related ethical breaches
- Mentor teams on responsible AI development practices and ethical risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance roles
- Expertise in global AI regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks
- Proven experience conducting bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder engagement
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics (academic or industry)
- Proficiency in AI development lifecycles and MLOps practices
