Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging global regulations
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Establish governance protocols for high-stakes AI deployments in healthcare and autonomous systems
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate ethical design principles into ML pipelines
- Represent Nexus Horizon at international AI policy summits and industry consortiums
- Create stakeholder education programs on responsible AI practices
- Oversee incident response protocols for AI-related ethical breaches
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field with 10+ years' experience
- Proven expertise in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience leading ethics initiatives at Fortune 500 tech companies
- Deep understanding of emerging AI risks (deepfakes, autonomous weapons, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Professional certifications in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CDE, CIPM)
- Fluency in regulatory landscapes across 3+ jurisdictions
