As a key member of our Ethics & Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with world-class researchers, engineers, and policymakers to develop actionable guidelines for AI deployment. Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and autonomous technologies
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models using advanced analytical tools
- Develop corporate AI ethics policies aligned with emerging regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering teams to integrate ethical considerations into product lifecycles
- Author thought leadership papers on AI ethics for industry publications and academic journals
- Advise C-suite executives on ethical risks and opportunities in AI strategic initiatives
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Proven expertise in developing bias mitigation strategies for ML algorithms and datasets
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory frameworks and standards (ISO/IEC 42001, OECD AI Principles)
- Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating ethical implications of complex AI systems
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate ethical principles into engineering requirements
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or major media on AI ethics topics
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions (e.g., IEEE, Partnership on AI)
