Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and design for our 2026 product suite, focusing on agentic AI and predictive analytics.
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines that handle high-volume data streams in real-time.
- Define technical standards and best practices to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate cutting-edge research into production-ready systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience designing and implementing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
