Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency in real-time environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging AI paradigms to keep our technology stack cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, specifically with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep expertise in NLP, Transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
- Strong proficiency in Python, CUDA, and distributed systems.
