Job Description
We are Nexus Horizon Labs, a pioneering force in next-generation artificial intelligence. We are not just predicting the future; we are architecting it. As we approach the 2026 paradigm shift in autonomous systems, we are seeking a visionary Agentic AI Architect to lead the development of self-improving AI agents capable of complex reasoning and autonomous execution.
In this role, you will be at the intersection of Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Distributed Systems. You will build the neural architectures that power the next generation of intelligent workflows, ensuring our systems are not only capable but safe, scalable, and aligned with human intent.
If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve and want to define the standards for 2026 and beyond, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Agentic Workflows using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to create autonomous problem solvers.
- Architect scalable inference pipelines that optimize latency and throughput for high-volume AI deployments.
- Develop novel training methodologies, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Constitutional AI techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate theoretical AI advances into production-ready software.
- Establish robust evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails to ensure model reliability and ethical compliance.
- Contribute to open-source AI communities and stay ahead of emerging trends in the 2026 tech landscape.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building production-scale AI/ML systems, with a focus on Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization technologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring junior engineers in an agile environment.
