- Process payroll and expense reports with 100% accuracy
- Oversee vendor contracts and procurement documentation
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding and compliance
- Generate weekly operational reports using Excel/Power BI
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and communications
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years administrative or office support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Valid California driver's license for occasional errands
