Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and record maintenance
- Support department heads with calendar management and meeting coordination
- Process invoices, expenses, and financial documentation using QuickBooks
- Assist with onboarding new temporary staff and training on office protocols
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for client communications and vendor relationships
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
