Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute executive correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain accurate record-keeping protocols
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track deliverables using Asana/Jira
- Assist in onboarding processes and new hire orientation
- Perform ad-hoc research and compile executive briefings
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification (minimum 2 years experience)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
