Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end technical infrastructure strategy for all 16 host stadium venues.
- Lead the recruitment and retention of specialized technical staff, including network engineers and cybersecurity experts.
- Ensure seamless integration of high-speed Wi-Fi and 5G networks for spectators and broadcasters.
- Develop and enforce rigorous cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and network integrity.
- Collaborate with international broadcast partners to optimize signal delivery and fan engagement platforms.
- Manage the technical budget and vendor relationships for stadium upgrades and temporary deployments.
- Conduct real-time technical troubleshooting during live events to ensure zero downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or event technology.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technical projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
- Strong understanding of stadium connectivity, broadcast standards, and network security.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with international travel requirements.
