Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies for the 2026 tournament events.
- Coordinate complex logistics across multiple stadium venues and training facilities in the US.

- Collaborate with local government, security, and law enforcement to ensure public safety and compliance.
- Oversee transportation, accommodation, and accreditation for international teams, staff, and VIPs.
- Monitor multi-million dollar budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop robust contingency plans for all major event activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale event operations or international logistics management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering international or mega-event projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under high-pressure deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
