- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technological investments with long-term business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype future-ready solutions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market forecasting to ensure first-mover advantage in key tech sectors.
- Present strategic updates and ROI projections to the board of directors and key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technology department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from concept to production.
- Deep understanding of next-generation AI models, spatial computing, and decentralized systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex tech to non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
