Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions across AI, quantum, Web3, and climate tech
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Partner with product teams to incubate and accelerate next-gen innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports and briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions, startups, and global tech ecosystems
- Assess ethical and societal implications of emerging technologies through our Responsible Innovation framework
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing their domains through technology foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating complex technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize disparate data points into coherent narratives
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder influence
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
