- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Mentor a team of 5-7 researchers and strategists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist/forecasting roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, and blockchain ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling technology ventures
- Strong proficiency in data modeling and trend analysis tools
- Experience with federal grant applications for R&D initiatives
