Responsibilities
- Design and implement long-term technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum-resistant cryptography and human-AI symbiosis
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams developing next-gen decentralized identity protocols
- Partner with UN agencies to establish ethical AI governance frameworks for emerging markets
- Drive innovation in climate-positive tech through carbon-negative data center architecture
- Develop predictive analytics models for technology adoption curves in post-quantum landscapes
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and global tech policy summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature or Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in post-quantum cryptography and distributed consensus algorithms
- Track record of launching scalable ethical AI systems with 1M+ users
- Certification in Global Technology Policy (GTP) from IEEE
- Proficiency in simulating quantum-resistant architectures using AWS Braket
- Experience securing $50M+ in government innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
