Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging technology trends, disruptions, and paradigm shifts with 5-10 year foresight horizons
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks for 2026 and beyond
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future-oriented thinking into product development
- Build and maintain a global network of technology pioneers, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate high-impact investment opportunities in emerging domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous learning across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of researching and implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in strategic foresight methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
