Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead research initiatives on AI ethics, synthetic media, and biometric authentication implications
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen interfaces using AR/VR and haptic feedback systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics applications
- Present strategic technology visions to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing digital products against obsolescence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with future-focused product development
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams through ambiguous technology transitions
- Strong grasp of socio-technical implications of AI and biometric technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business opportunities
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
