Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 technology trend forecasts with actionable strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational innovation with future market demands
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, biotech integration, AI ethics)
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Present futurist insights to investors and board members using data-driven visualizations
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic tech roles with proven impact on long-term product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future-tech implications (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Experience advising C-suite on technological disruption and transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech trend predictions (2018-2023)
