- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, metaverse) with 3-5 year impact analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-driven risk/reward frameworks
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and integrate disruptive startups into ecosystem
- Establish ethical governance protocols for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 10+ year forecasting success
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech environments
- Published thought leader with minimum 3 patents or seminal industry papers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization successes
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across multiple continents
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
