Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Anticipate disruptive tech trends through market analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present strategic tech briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Quantify ROI of emerging technologies through pilot programs
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
