Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum AI, neural interfaces, sustainable computing)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess their commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure buy-in from key stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects to pioneer breakthrough solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Management preferred
