Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for predictive analytics platforms
- Lead quantum computing research initiatives in partnership with MIT and Caltech
- Direct cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers across cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity domains
- Drive innovation in decentralized systems and blockchain-based supply chain solutions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 5G+ IoT ecosystem integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives on technology adoption frameworks for 2026 market readiness
- Mentor junior talent through our FutureTech Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in AI/ML or quantum computing
- Proven expertise in distributed systems architecture (Kubernetes, Terraform)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Certification in quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq) or equivalent experience
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ engineers
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Track record of launching products with >1M active users
