Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with climate-positive and ethical AI principles
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-encrypted blockchain solutions for supply chain transparency
- Drive adoption of neuromorphic computing interfaces for next-gen human-computer interaction
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum research labs and sustainable tech accelerators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders securing $10M+ annual R&D budget
- Mentor engineers in emerging tech ethics and responsible AI development frameworks
- Monitor horizon scanning for paradigm shifts in biotech, space tech, and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact in scaling AI or quantum initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech convergence: quantum computing + sustainable infrastructure + neuro interfaces
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ ARR from concept to market
- Deep knowledge of ISO 20700 tech ethics standards and UN SDG alignment frameworks
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and securing institutional funding
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum, Nature Futures, or MIT Technology Review
