- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Build and lead elite R&D team of 15+ specialists
- Drive patent strategy and IP protection for breakthrough innovations
- Present visionary tech briefings to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least 3 of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience building high-performance R&D teams globally
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for future tech
