Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AI ethics frameworks)
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on pre-2026 innovation pilots
- Present future-tech concepts to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Drive patent applications for breakthrough methodologies
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging tech disciplines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, AGI safety
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for nascent technologies
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management
