Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching strategic roadmap for all product launches targeted for the year 2026.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and marketing teams to align emerging technology integration with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify future trends, including AI, spatial computing, and sustainable tech.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and 2026 milestone achievements to the executive board and key stakeholders.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities that accelerate our 2026 vision.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success and adoption rate of pilot programs and future-forward initiatives.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of proactive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product strategy, innovation management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully launching multi-year, future-facing technology initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their projected market impact by 2026.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable project plans.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
