Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive 'Project 2026' roadmap, aligning product development with future market demands.
- Conduct deep-dive predictive market analysis to identify disruptive technologies and emerging industry shifts.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate the 2026 vision into quarterly OKRs and strategic milestones.
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to foster next-generation ideation.
- Evaluate and establish strategic partnerships with cutting-edge startups and research institutions.
- Present quarterly foresight reports to the board of directors, detailing progress toward 2026 readiness.
- Identify potential future market risks and develop robust mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product strategy, corporate development, or technology forecasting.
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-facing initiatives or long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Web3, and Spatial Computing.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams toward a distant vision.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
