- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI on future-facing initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Expertise in emerging technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M and cross-functional teams of 20+
- Certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or Technology Strategy highly desirable
