Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Create a comprehensive, multi-year technology strategy that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Emerging Technology Assessment: Evaluate and validate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to determine their viability for implementation in the 2026 vision.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development cycles.
- Innovation Incubation: Spearhead internal hackathons and innovation labs focused on 'future-proofing' our core products.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to identify disruptive forces that could impact our market position by 2026.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling, visual format.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term product strategies.
