Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with overarching business objectives.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including advanced AI models, Web3 protocols, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of elite engineers and product managers.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast future tech trends and secure necessary investment for strategic initiatives.
- Establish robust, quantum-safe security frameworks to future-proof enterprise data.
- Oversee the transition from legacy systems to agile, hyper-scalable microservices architectures.
- Present quarterly strategy reports to the board of directors, highlighting progress and future milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or strategic innovation.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes, specifically AI/ML, Web3, and cloud-native ecosystems.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, future-proof technology projects.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on cultivating high-performance engineering cultures.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
