- Conduct market analysis to anticipate tech trends leading up to 2026.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to secure funding and resources for future projects.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success and ROI of strategic technology deployments.
- Mentor and develop top-tier engineering talent to build a resilient future-ready organization.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic roles.
- Proven track record of launching disruptive enterprise software or AI-driven products.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and modern AI frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a future-oriented mindset.
