- Build and manage cross-functional partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management experience
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI) preferred
