Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of the company's 'Vision 2026' strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities leading up to 2026.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all strategic initiatives to executive stakeholders.
- Manage high-priority special projects from ideation through successful implementation.
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or strategic project management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in the technology sector.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
- Experience with digital transformation, SaaS, or emerging technologies (AI, Web3).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment.
