- Develop proprietary trend-forecasting algorithms using machine learning and predictive analytics
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and Board of Directors with actionable insights
- Oversee the development of Horizon's 'Future Proof' certification program for emerging technologies
- Mentor a global team of 15 futurists and innovation strategists through quarterly foresight workshops
- Author annual 'State of the Future' whitepaper distributed to Fortune 500 leadership teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 10+ years in strategic innovation
- Published thought leader in top-tier journals (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly, Technological Forecasting)
- Proven track record of implementing exponential technologies at enterprise scale
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection methodologies
- Fluency in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for sustainable futures
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused frameworks
