Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year foresight methodologies for 2026 technology and societal shifts
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario-planning frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation strategies
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and data scientists
- Monitor emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-AI, neurotech) and ethical implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario-planning methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with validated outcomes
