Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Design predictive models for market disruption in emerging sectors (quantum, AGI, climate tech)
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-proof technologies into product roadmaps
- Author strategic white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and exponential thinking methodologies
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
