Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and their business implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and strategy teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Design and facilitate horizon-scanning workshops for leadership teams
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database and predictive models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
