- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into innovation initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for future-tech scouting
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward anticipatory innovation and adaptive strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Strong command of quantitative forecasting methodologies and qualitative trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
