Responsibilities

- Partner with executive leadership to integrate future insights into corporate strategy, product development, and operational planning
- Establish and lead cross-functional Future Strategy Councils to foster innovation culture and strategic alignment

- Design and implement strategic foresight methodologies across organizational functions

Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with proven impact on long-term strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and innovation methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
