Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of large-scale AI and machine learning systems optimized for the 2026 landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Identify emerging technologies and trends to integrate into our product roadmap, specifically focusing on generative models and neural networks.
- System Scalability: Ensure all AI solutions are scalable, secure, and capable of handling high-velocity data streams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize model performance to ensure low latency and high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical problems and delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
