Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX designers, to define and implement innovative product features.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and ensure best practices.
- Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our cloud-native infrastructure.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise elegant solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through our structured mentorship program.
- Champion a culture of innovation, inclusion, and technical excellence within the engineering organization.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), or containerization technologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
