Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define product requirements.
- Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our core cloud-based infrastructure.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while participating in rigorous peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure maximum performance and security.
- Actively participate in our agile development cycle, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Engage in continuous learning programs and present a capstone project at the end of the graduate rotation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or C++).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks, RESTful APIs, and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn new technologies quickly.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
