Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the architectural vision for systems designed to meet 2026 enterprise standards, including AI integration and edge computing.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Design and manage highly available, scalable cloud architectures on AWS and Azure, ensuring redundancy and disaster recovery.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead initiatives to refactor and decouple legacy monoliths into microservices, optimizing for performance and developer velocity.
- AI Integration: Collaborate with ML engineers to embed generative AI models into core business logic, improving automation and user experience.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks (Zero Trust) and ensure all systems comply with evolving data protection regulations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in Cloud Native development.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
