Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring robust scalability, security, and high availability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a cross-functional squad of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Design: Design and implement microservices architectures that leverage the latest in cloud-native technologies.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (Quantum Ready, Generative AI) into the existing ecosystem.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural governance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Go, Rust, or TypeScript; deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure.
- System Design: Demonstrated expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems and high-throughput APIs.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage geographically distributed teams and drive project delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
