Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting technologies
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Prior success in securing $10M+ innovation funding rounds
- Portfolio demonstrating minimum 3 commercially deployed innovations
