Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional incubation projects to prototype next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation ROI and market disruption potential
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and national labs for cutting-edge R&D
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investors through data-driven impact narratives
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of transformative technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2026-era technology deployments
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercialization ($50M+ impact)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proficient in horizon scanning methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Davos, Singularity, etc.)
