Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating quantum computing, advanced AI, and sustainable materials
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in next-gen tech
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and acquire disruptive startups
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Design ethics-by-default protocols for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Coordinate global hackathons focused on solving 2030 sustainability challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
