Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 digital transformation roadmap aligning with market forecasts and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum computing, decentralized systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley disruptors and academic research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to the board and investors securing $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for emerging technologies with 18-24 month market readiness
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab comprising data scientists, UX architects, and futurists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership (VP/Director level)
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, Web3 infrastructure, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree (MBA/MS/MEng) from top-tier institution with focus on innovation management
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Clearance for federal tech initiatives (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
